He also possesses deep insights into capital markets & has a proven track record of delivering strategic interventions in diverse financial landscapes, along with providing strategic advice & services in raising capital & structuring finance for corporations, institutions, and government bodies domestically and globally. Likewise, Kumar possesses expertise in project feasibility assessments, joint ventures, taxation, legal compliance, business turnarounds and credit rating enhancement.

Mr. Somdutta Basu brings his excellence to the organization as a CEO with his immense experience in real estate, including acquisition, mergers, and finance deals worth more than a billion dollars. He has also been a Co-Founder of Acquist Realty, a distinguished name in the real estate sector, successfully selling homes across Western & Central Mumbai. With a remarkable track record of serving over 400 clients in just nine years, he has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions. Between 2018 & 2022, his expertise extended to handling premium luxury inventories in South Mumbai & London, navigating competitive markets and achieving impressive sales milestones.
